Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the Ear Art Club! We appreciate your enthusiasm and are happy to provide you with all the necessary information regarding our memberships. Please take note of the following details so that you can make an informed decision about joining the Ear Art Club:
Payment: Your membership will automatically renew every month unless you submit a written request to cancel. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for any past custom Ear Art that has already been shipped.
Payment Method: We use Square to process payments. A valid debit or credit card is required for automatic monthly payments. To complete the payment process, we will need your complete card number, expiration date, security code, and billing zip code. The monthly payment will be submitted after 2:00 pm on the contracted date. A payment reminder will be sent three days before the payment due date.
Declined Payment: If your electronic payment is declined, we will send you a text or email to notify you of the declined payment and request further instructions or a replacement payment. To continue with your membership, a replacement payment is required within 24 hours.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your Ear Art Club membership at any time, for any reason. You may also cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. Please note that cancel requests must be submitted in writing. If you decide to rejoin the Ear Art Club after cancellation, you will be subject to the Ear Art Club's present rates and terms.
International Ear Art Club Members: Additional packaging and shipping costs may apply for international members. If applicable, we will advise you of the additional cost after the first pair of custom Ear Art has been shipped. Please note that if there are additional fees, they will be charged monthly with the membership payment.
