CORPORATE PAINTING EVENT

A Corporate Painting Event allows each participant to design, customize & paint an individual work of Art while bonding with team members. All participants receive a pre-sketched canvas, outlined with the selected painting project. Participants will customize the outline by modifying the sketch if desired. Once modifications are complete, participants will enjoy personalizing a paint palette. With the large array of paint colors provided, each participant’s painting, although similar in design, will surely be a personal masterpiece!

A. The cost of a Corporate Painting Event is determined by the number of participants.

  • Up to 20 participants - $1,500

  • Up to 30 participants - $2,100

  • Up to 40 participants - $2,600

  • Up to 50 participants - $3,500

  • Up to 100 participants - $6,000

Q. How many painting events can Ebony London Art Studio instruct per day?

A. Ebony London Art Studio accommodates up to three painting events per day.

Q. How do I know if my painting event is a Corporate event compared to a  Private event?

A. Your painting event is considered a Corporate event if the following forms will be required from Ebony London Art Studio:

  • IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification)

  • Certificate of General Liability

Q. We are limited on time. How can we save time during an event?

A. For Corporate Painting Events, prepped canvases are provided. ( A canvas where the project is already sketched) Participants will be able to modify the sketch before painting.

Q. What is the cost of a Collaborative Painting Project?

A. The cost of a Collaborative Painting Project is determined by the number of participants.

  • Up to 20 participants - $500

  • Up to 30 participants - $700

  • Up to 40 participants - $900

  • Up to 50 participants - $1,350

  • Up to 100 participants - $2,250

Q. Is it possible to ONLY have a Collaborative Painting Project during the event?

A. No. The Collaborative Painting Project is designed for the participants to contribute after their individual painting is complete. The average size of each participant’s portion of the collaborative is approximately 4 in x 2 in. Normally, it takes no more than 10 minutes for each participant to paint their portion of the collaborative painting project.

Q. Can the Collaborative Painting Project be hung?

A.Yes! The Collaborative Painting Project will be ready to hang immediately following the event.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Custom Painting Project Fee: $150

This fee is for designing and creating a new custom painting project.

Extended Event Timeframe Fee: $295 per hour

Ebony London Art Studio will end the event at the contracted time. This fee is charged per extended hour and payment is required upon request.

Traveling Fee: $150 per day + Trip Mileage

The trip mileage is based on the location of the event from Ebony London Art Studio. (204 23rd St, Sacramento CA 95816) Round trip mileage is used when determining the total trip mileage.

·       10 miles - 30 miles = $65 Traveling fee

·       31 miles - 50 miles = $95 Traveling fee

·       51 miles -100 miles = $195 Traveling fee

·       101 miles - 150 miles= $295 Traveling fee

Material Shipping Cost

Some materials may need to be shipped before the arrival of the Ebony London Art Studio Instructor. Shipping costs will be billed to the client for reimbursement if not covered upfront.

Per Diem Fee

w/o lodging - $500 per day

with lodging - $200 per day (Hotel Clientele Only)

This fee is charged per day when an Ebony London Art Studio Representative instructs over multiple days while traveling/staying overnight. This fee is charged per employee, per day, from the date of arrival to the date of departure.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Materials Provided

Ebony London Art Studio will provide all paints, canvases, brushes, and easels for the event. While Ebony London Art Studio maintains quality control over the materials used, the quality of the paint, canvases, brushes, and easels may vary from event to event, and venue to venue, and may be affected by a variety of factors.

Venue Set up

·       Tables & Chairs:  The Client is responsible for providing the appropriate number of tables & chairs including an additional table for paints & other event supplies. The tables & chairs set up must be completed before the Ebony London Art Studio Representative arrives. As table shapes and sizes vary per venue, it is the client’s responsibility to cover (protect) the tables. Ebony London Art Studio will provide individual place settings.

·       Water Source: The Client is responsible for providing a water source within 200 feet of the event. The water source must have enough space to allow a standard-size water bucket to be filled.

·       Access to Venue: Ebony London Art Studio requires access to the venue for set up at least 3 hours before the event start time. For larger events, and if possible, Ebony London Art Studio may request more time for set up and or permission to set up the prior day.

·       Lighting: The Client is responsible for providing the lighting for the painting event. (Most venues provide enough natural and artificial light for a standard Paint & Sip event.)

Artwork End Result

Ebony London Art Studio makes no representations or warranties about the quality of any painting or individual experience at the event. Every painting will be unique, and the expectation that a painting will be a facsimile of the painting depicted on the Website is unrealistic.

Start Time

Ebony London Art Studio will be prepared to begin the instructions at the contracted start time and complete the instructions at the contracted end time. However, the time it takes to begin the instructions will vary based on several factors. If the client requests the start time to be delayed for any reason, such as late arriving guest, the contracted end time will still be valid.

 Extended Event Timeframe

Ebony London Art Studio will end the event at the contracted time. During the event, if a request to extend the event’s end time is made, Ebony London Art Studio charges $295 per extended hour. Payment is required immediately.

Capacity Limitations

Ebony London Art Studio bases the number of materials needed for your event upon the number of participants listed in the contract. For unplanned participants, entry may not be available due to the venue and or material capacity limitations.

Unauthorized use

Ebony London Art Studio paintings are developed by, and for, Ebony London Art Studio events. Except for each participant’s painting created at the contracted event, no participant has permission to copy or reproduce Ebony London Art Studio paintings, painting instructions, or any portion thereof, and no participant may sell, lease or distribute any reproduction of any Ebony London Art Studio painting, including the painting that each participant creates. Any unauthorized uses of Ebony London Art Studio paintings, painting instruction, or Website are strictly prohibited. 

Contract Changes/Final Details: Two weeks (14 days) before the event date, the final number of participants and all final details are due. Any changes made after this time are not guaranteed and may result in a service fee being assessed.

Cancellation Policy or event date change

Ebony London Art Studio will not cancel the painting event unless it is necessary. If Ebony London Art Studio cancels the event, a full refund will be returned to the Contracted Client within 14 business days. If the painting event is canceled by the Contracted Client, an offer to reschedule the event will be presented. If the Contracted Client cancels the event, the deposit will be retained by Ebony London Art Studio. The cost of the materials purchased for the event will be deducted from the refund due to the client or billed if no refund is due. The Client may retain purchased materials & payment receipt of purchased materials.
